Refund / Return Policy

RETURN

BOTAK HOUSE will accept for return items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. All items should be returned within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Items cannot be returned after 7 days from the receipt of original order.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is valid, we will send you out a replacement of exact item you purchase. If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
